I bought myself a professional looking camera. I’ve been wanting to for quite a while now and to be honest; I was feeling down so I had a moment of impulsiveness and I rushed off to the store and bought one. Financial responsibility is not one of my strong suits.
In any case I feel like a little kid with it. I keep just touching it and holding it in my hands impatient for a chance to use it. Unfortunately, with a 9 to 5 job in the Winter it is virtually impossible to find a time during the week where it’s actually light enough to get some proper pictures taken and there are only so many creative selfies and close-ups of random household objects you can take before you just start to feel a bit silly.
The idea is, though, to start using this camera to actually create my own pictures which I can then add to blog posts I’ve been working on as opposed to using the free pictures that Wix graciously allows me to use.
Additionally, I will use it to show you some of my favourite items, outfits, places and when I get back to the Netherlands I will use it as an excuse to show you a bit of Dutch culture as well.
I am so excited!
